- Two-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 1.5 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 sleep sofa.
- Three-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 8) have 1.5 baths, 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds, and 1 sleeper sofa.
- Each unit is a two-story town home that requires climbing stairs to access the upper story. The resort has no elevators.
- Cots, cribs and high chairs are available at no charge on a first-come first-served basis.
- Please notify the property in advance if you anticipate a late arrival.
- A $125 security deposit (cashiers check, credit card or money order) is required at check-in.
- Pets are not allowed at this resort.
- A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area.

Boston/Logan Airport is approximately 75 miles from Briarwood. From the airport, take I-93 south to Route 3 south to the Sagamore
Bridge do not go over the bridge. Take the first right off the rotary and follow the canal to the Bourne Bridge. Cross the
Cape Cod Canal at the Bourne Bridge. From the Bourne Bridge Rotary take route 28 south towards Falmouth and the Islands. Stay
on route 28 straight through the next rotary. After that rotary take the third exit, Brick Kiln Road. Turn left onto Brick
Kiln Road. At the first set of lights turn right onto Gifford Street. Briarwood is about .8 miles on the left.
