Some units have stairs and there is no elevator. If you have special needs feel free to call one of our vacation guides. They will do their best to find you a unit or resort that is special needs accessible.
If you are unable to arrive during check-in hours, you must notify the resort in advance to make arrangements.
A credit card imprint of $100 USD is required at check-in as a security deposit and a $25 key deposit is also required.
The is a $10 daily fee, for a party of four, to use the hotel amenities, or $20 per day for five or more people.
Late arrivals must call to make arrangements for key pickup. Checkout is at 10AM. There is a $100 charge per hour if checking out after 10AM.
Fall of 2009, an indoor pool and exercise facility will be available for Villa guests, eliminating some amenity fees.
