Very comfortable units, well stocked with all you need to feel right at home, are just a short walk to the pool and facilities. The 1-Bedrooms (max occ 4/2) include a living room with sofa (double bed), dining room, full kitchen, king-size bed and full bathroom. 2-Bedrooms (max occ 6/4) include a living room with sofa (double bed), dining room & full kitchen, 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed and 2 bathrooms. 3-Bedrooms offer a living room with sofa (double bed) , dining room, full kitchen, 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed, 1 double bed and 2 bathrooms. The sofa bed is recommended for children under 12 years old.

From Liberia International Airport turn right, drive straight ahead about 10km, then at the intersection to Playas del Coco take a right. Stay on the road for 10km after entering Playas del Coco. The Breeze Private's main building is across from the entrance of BAC Bank. The resort offers a one-way airport pick-up from the Liberia Airport. There is a fee to use the gym, which is US$10.00 per person, per day, or US$45.00 per person, per week. Accommodations are in 3-story buildings without elevators. If arriving after the check-in time, you MUST notify the resort directly in advance or your reservation will be canceled.
Violations must be cancelled but if not member will be charged rack rate for the additional units upon arrival. D989 BREEZE PRIVATE RESIDENCE CLUB PREMIER Owners are not allowed to confirm any reservation (exchange or rental) into this property. Housekeeping is provided only on Wednesdays (towels, change of sheets - but dishes are not washed); additional cost if you require daily housekeeping.
This resort is not on the beach, but has access to a Beach Club. Mandatory Fee for Beach Club access: US$70 per person, per week. *Beach Club closes every year during the month of October for renovations. Restrictions: This resort can only be confirmed once every 4 years. No consecutive weeks &/or multiple reservations allowed to be confirmed within Group resorts D930, DS92 & DX87.
