Each Lake Tahoe vacation home includes a telephone, television with VCR, a stereo, fireplace, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units with a loft OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 bathrooms, 3 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. Please be aware that there are stairs leading to 6 of the units and no elevators. Also, the resort is situated at a high altitude. Because of these two factors, the resort is not recommended for handicapped persons, the elderly or those with heart conditions or breathing difficulties. Pets are not allowed. To enjoy your vacation fully, a car is recommended. Winter driving conditions can change rapidly and snow tires or chains may be required.

Reno/Tahoe Int'l Airport is approximately 65 miles away. From the airport, take Hwy 395 South to Carson City to Hwy 50 West. Follow Hwy 50 West to Kingsbury Grade (Hwy 207). Turn left onto Kingsbury and follow to the top of the grade. Turn right on Tramway Drive and follow for approximately 1/4 mile. CHECK-IN IS AT 202 TRAMWAY DRIVE. *FROM SOUTH OF CARSON CITY: Take 395 to Hwy 88 (approx 16 miles south of Carson City). Turn right on Hwy 88 and follow to Mottsville Lane (approx 1 mile). Turn right on Mottsville and follow to Kingsbury Grade. Proceed to the top of the grade and turn left onto Tramway. Follow the directions above.
