Some travel agencies help international travelers with Permits and the resort can also assist travelers.

Guests must apply for permits prior to check-in if they wish to plan their itinerary. ACCLIMATIZATION: Guests traveling by air to Leh are advised to take 24 to 48 hours of rest upon arrival to get used to the high altitude and low level of atmospheric oxygen.
