For late arrivals please contact the resort as soon as possible for alternate check-in procedures. Bookings must be 7, 14, or 21 nights and for the correct check-in day. Entertainment services will only be available during the months of July and August, Holy Week and Christmas. For other excursions and activities that are not related to the entertainment department, please contact reception.

The resort has an ongoing improvement program, and refurbishments take place year-round. While the resort tries to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disruption to our guests. All guests occupying the unit including children are required to present a valid form of identification along with the confirmation of your reservation at check-in. Parking is available at the resort for a fee. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and checkout is prior to 10:00 am.
