The resort is approx 200km from Melbourne's Tullamarine Airport.Travel via the Tullamarine Fwy, Western Ring Road and then the Hume Fwy. Leave the freeway at the Tallarook turn off and head for Yea. Take the road to Mansfield/ Mt Buller. 2km before Mansfield turn right into Howes Creek Road, travel 8km, then turn right at Campagnola's Road and then right into Banumum Road. The Resort is 3km on the right. From north take the Midland Hwy to Mansfield, turn right at the roundabout to Melbourne, travel approx 2km. Turn left into Howes Creek Road and then as above. V Line buses run Melbourne-Mansfield return, however there is no service to the resort.

A vehicle is necessary for this resort as there is no public transportation. The resort is about 15 km away from the town of Mansfield. Only Telstra mobile phone reception is available. Wi-Fi is not accessible.

Resort office hours are Monday-Wednesday 9am-4pm, Thursday-Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 9am-2pm, and Sunday & Public Holidays are closed. A service is done prior to check-in and mid-stay if a stay exceeds 7 nights. Additional servicing can be requested.
