La Paz - El Alto - LPB (53 Miles)

Arriving at the International Airport of La Paz "El Alto", go towards the city and take the "Nor Yungas" highway which leads to Rio Huaranilla. The resort is 49 miles from La Paz and the journey takes approximately 3 hours. Part of the road is in bad condition and we strongly suggest contacting the resort prior to arrival to arrange your transfer to/from the airport. There is a charge for this payable locally.

Although the resort is only 50 miles away from La Paz, due to unpaved roads, the journey takes approximatley 3 hours.

New regulations regarding access schedules to the Yungas area, obligate visitors to leave La Paz before 11:00a.m. Depending on flight schedules, guests may have to stay overnight in La Paz. Please contact the resort to arrange accommodations in La Paz.
