In case of a cancellation within 48 hrs prior to check-in or No-show, guest must pay the full amount as per the booking plan. No refunds for unused nights. No refunds in full or part for any service hindered due to technical or other reasons beyond control. Guests must pay 60% of utility fees at least 15 days in advance; the 40% Balance paid at check-in. Extra costs settled on check-out. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR UTILITY: cancellations 15 days prior to check-in will be given a total refund. Cancellations within 15 days of check-in will be given a credit voucher against paid advances, valid up to 6-months from the date the voucher was issued.

Resort offers pickup/drop-off services only from Ramnagar Railway station. 10-ay advance notice required for Safari tours; fees applicable. Units suitable for 2 adults & 1 child below 12 years. Corbett National Park is open during the following period: Dhikala Zone-15th Nov to 15th June; Durgadevi-15th Nov to 15th June; Birjani-15th Oct to 30th June & Jhirna Zone is open throughout the year.

Since the resort is situated in a forest environment, TV is not provided in the units and phone/internet signals are poor and subject to availability. Due to the dense forest, credit card processes are subject to signal availability. GST as applicable will need to be paid at the resort. • Any Eatables from outside are not permitted inside the resort premises
