ENTERING: Sweepstakes begins 10 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1st, 2023, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 30th, 2023. To enter, eligible participants must complete a booking on the Armed Forces Vacation Club website https://www.afvclub.com for travel between August 1st, 2023, and December 31, 2024. Bookings include hotels, resorts, and car rentals. One entry per booking transaction will be counted. Entry will be automatic with each booking transaction within the Entry Period. Canceling a booking voids the entry. If you are not already a member of Armed Forces Vacation Club, you must fill out the enrollment form to join at https://www.afvclub.com/account/register in order to complete a booking.
Alternative Method of Entry: If you wish to enter the Sweepstakes, but do not want to complete a booking, you may enter by mailing a 3”x 5” card with your name, address, phone number, valid email address and Keyword: The Ultimate Vegas Trip Giveaway to Sponsor’s address, Attn: Panorama Marketing Department, 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando FL 32821. All entries must be received on or before November 30th, 2023.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to Armed Forces Vacation Club members who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor as well as its subsidiaries or affiliated entities and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) or household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouses, parents, stepparents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and their respective spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Void where prohibited by law including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin islands and other commonwealths, territories and possessions.
PRIZE: The winner will receive two (2) VIP tickets to Bullseye Event Group’s exclusive Players Tailgate on Sunday, February 11, 2024, in Las Vegas, Nevada (approximate retail value $1,950 USD), hotel accommodations in Las Vegas for two (2) nights (approximate retail value $2,000 USD), and two (2) round-trip flights to Las Vegas (approximate retail value $1,500 USD per person). Advanced reservation required, based on availability at time of booking. Prize has no cash value and guest is responsible for meals, ground transportation, gratuities, incidental charges, additional baggage fees and hotel fees. Prize may only be applied to reservations booked when calling the provided phone number. All amounts are represented in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Any unused portion is non-refundable. Winner may not substitute, assign, or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. WINNING: One winner will be selected by random electronic drawing from all eligible entries conducted by Sponsor on or about December 1, 2023, at Sponsor’s corporate office in Orlando, Florida. Winner does not have to be present to win. Official notice to winner will be sent by December 1, 2023, by email. The prize must be claimed by December 15, 2023. If prize is not claimed, it will be awarded in a subsequent random electronic drawing and successively to a second alternate winner if necessary. If a prize is unclaimed by the winner and both alternate winners, it will remain unawarded. To receive the prize, Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Authorization and Release by December 15, 2023, which includes consent to use of name, photo, likeness, and city and state of residence by the Sponsor(s) for purposes of advertising, publicity, and promotion, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. This Affidavit of Authorization and Release must be notarized. If the Affidavit of Authorization is not returned within the required timeframe an alternate winner will be drawn and notified by email and successively to the second alternate winner if necessary. Winner is responsible for any income tax or tax withholdings resulting from prize award.
