- Resort office hours are: Monday - Friday: 9am to 5pm; Saturday: 9am - 3pm; and closed on Sundays. Check-in hours are 4pm to 5pm on Friday. If you cannot check-in during this time you will need to check in Saturday from 9am to 3pm.
