The units at The Colony are two-bedroom units that sleep up to 6. All units are carpeted and equipped with air conditioning, a full kitchen that includes a dishwasher and microwave, have telephone service and a washer and dryer.
Norfolk/Virginia Beach, VA - ORF (13 Miles)
The nearest commercial airport is in Norfolk, about 13 miles away. From the northeast, take Route 13 across Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. Then take Route 60 East to Atlantic Avenue to 13th Street. The resort is on your left. From other directions, take Route 64 through Hampton Roads Tunnel to Interstate 264 East. Then go right on Atlantic Avenue The Colony is just past 14 street on the left.

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
The resort has advised that the pool and the decking will be shut down until the end of the year (2022), so the pool will be closed until end of the year.
Due to staffing - the resort will not be offering housekeeping until the end of the year. You will be responsible for your linens that will be provided, but you will have to make your own beds etc... inquiries, please call resort until further notice. Per Monique Roberts the GM at property.
Guest Parking: Summer season there is none on site. There are lots located across the street which are independently owned and ran. They can range from $5-25 per day Off season: Must check with the office when you get there.
