It offers a deck roof and pool, six floors of covered parking, and its recreation area encompasses the entire seventh floor. Lower units have partial views of the ocean, Diamond Head, or Ala Wai, and upper units in the high-rise have views in all directions.

The nearest major airport is in Honolulu, about 10 miles away. From the airport, take the Nimitz Highway, which becomes Ala Moana Blvd. Cross Kalakaua Avenue (where the road splits) and stay in the left lane which is Kuhio Avenue. The resort is eight blocks further on the left. The resort recommends taking a taxi from the airport to the Royal Kuhio Condominium.

All Guests must contact resort at least 1 week prior to check-in at 808-923-3188 or email email@example.com for check-in instructions. Contact is needed because no front desk o check in. You will need to provide credit card information for the balance due on your account and the $150 authorization hold in case of lost keys or damage to the room. You will then be given the lockbox location and the code for the key to your unit.
The garage elevator is scheduled to be out for six weeks from 8-15 thru 9-26-15.
Units are not large enough to accomodate four adults.
