Two- and three- bedroom units decorated in rustic New England style offer comfortable, cozy lodging for vacationing families. For your convenience and contentment all units are equipped with kitchen facilities, microwave, air-conditioning and phone service. There are multiple stairs from the parking lot to the building and there are also multiple stairs to reach each unit. Three Bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. There are no elevators or handicapped-accessible units. Wi-Fi has limited access in units. The third bedroom has bunk beds.

- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- During the second week in June, the area hosts a motorcycle rally and the atmosphere for this week is best suited for adults. Trailer parking is only allowed in the designated trailer parking lot. Space may be limited and is on a first come, first served basis. If an RV or trailer is found within the community parking lot, it may be towed at the owner’s expense without warning.
- For any inquiries, please contact the resort. The check-in office is in a white building next to the entrance of the Village of Winnipesaukee. If you require immediate assistance after hours, please call 1-866-802-5465.
- If you are not arriving on your scheduled check-in date or will be arriving after business hours, please contact the resort for check-in details and the lockbox code at (603) 366-4878 or email info@vwtoa.com. If arriving after hours, please visit the office the following morning to complete your check-in.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- RESORT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GUESTS WITH WALKING DIFFICULTIES. This property is not ADA accessible as it was built before guidelines were established. There may be many steps to and from the multi-floor buildings. No elevators are onsite. All three-bedroom units are located on the third floor.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
