- If you arrive by taxi, please wait until check-in is complete before releasing the cab. Guests arriving after 7pm should obtain their keys from the lockbox. Limited parking is available, and there is only ONE space per guest.
- Please notify the resort if you plan to arrive after the check-in hours or confirm your reservation within 48 hours of the check-in time. The check-in time is 4pm, and the check-out time is 11am. Upon check-in, all owners and guests must provide a deposit of $50.00 authorization on a credit card or $150.00 in cash.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- The check-in address is 2240 Kuhio Ave, Unit 104, Royal Kuhio Resort, Honolulu, HI 96815, USA. Unit Housekeeping Fee is charged to those members staying less than 7 nights.
- The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.
- To obtain your key fob and parking assignment, you must check in at Royal Kuhio daily during office hours from 8am to 7pm. You can get your keys from a lock box at the Royal Kuhio if you arrive after hours. It is important to ensure that your reservation has correct contact information so the resort can provide important arrival information.
