Other Information
- Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.
- Elevator will be closed from September 18, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
- Hot tub will be closed from September 17, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Parking is limited to 1 car per unit. If you have a second car, you will need to contact the resort to make arrangements.
- Pool will be closed from September 15, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- The resort offers tennis and pickleball with rackets and balls. The resort also offers bicycles & helmets and a shuffleboard court.
- There is currently no cable TV in the units. The resort offers Internet access.
- Trucks and workers onsite, work will be done Monday - Saturday 7:30am - 5pm.
