Overview
Lea Casa is located beside the ocean, close to all the superb golf courses, historic sites, and scenic attractions that have made Hawaii one of the world's leading vacation spots. The units surround a courtyard, landscaped with palms and lush tropical foliage, with outdoor freshwater and saltwater pools at its center. The courtyard also has grills, dining tables and chairs. Near the resort, you can enjoy snorkeling, surfing, parasailing, fishing, and skin-diving. Nearby activity desk for booking excursions. Golf, tennis, and hiking are also popular. Kailua-Kona, home to Lea Casa, is situated on Hawaii's western coast, and is also home to many historic buildings and monuments.

Policy Restrictions
- Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Other Information
- If you do not receive a pre-arrival letter or email from the resort about 10 days prior to your arrival, please contact Cindy at 808-987-6291 (cell). A listing of your unit assignment and map of complex is posted in the lobby for your reference. Touch pad door locks are located on the front door of each unit and the door code will be included in the pre-arrival letter or email you should receive.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Smoking is not allowed in the units or on the ground of the resort.

- There is an entrance gate that you will need to pass thru to park your car. The gate code will be included in your pre-arrival letter and email. Once inside the gate go directly to your unit and follow directions as described in self-check-information. There is no on-site manager available and the front desk is not staffed. Contact Cindy with any issues.
- You are reminded that the Front Desk is not staffed and no onsite manager is available. Guests should go directly to their confirmed unit number as listed on their pre-arrival letter or email. Please refer to your pre-arrival letter for the entrance gate code and the door touch pad code.
