Overview
Lea Casa is a hidden gem on the Kona coast offering a low-key Hawaiian vacation. We are located on the ocean side of Alii Drive within the Casa de Emdeko condominium complex, a three-story U-shaped building open to the ocean. Amid lush tropical foliage in the interior courtyard you’ll find saltwater and freshwater pools, a sandy beach with chairs, and a cabana with barbecue grills. Elevators are located near parking, and there is an on-site convenience store facing Alii Drive. There’s a kiosk in the lobby to complement the visitors guide. There is no smoking on property.

- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- If you do not receive a pre-arrival letter or email 10 days prior to your arrival, please contact Marie at mariebowman@pacbell.net, phone 510-388-4850, WhatsApp 1-510-388-4850. A listing of your unit assignment and map of the complex is posted in the lobby. Touch pad door locks are located on the front door of each unit and the door code will be included in the pre-arrival letter or email you.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Smoking is not allowed in the units or on the ground of the resort.
- The Front Desk is not staffed and there is no onsite manager is available. Guests should go directly to their confirmed unit number as listed on their pre-arrival letter or email. Please refer to your pre-arrival letter for the entrance gate code and the door touch pad code.
- There is an entrance gate that you will pass thru to park your car. The gate code will be included in your pre-arrival letter & email. Once inside the gate go to your unit and follow directions in the check in information. There is no on-site manager available and the front desk is not staffed.
