Timber Run offers an attractive choice of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom condos, all with private balconies. Expect all the conveniences of home in a relaxing Rocky Mountain setting. All accomodations are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings. Every unit is carpteted and has a charming gas fireplace, TV, VCR and telephone, as well as a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Some have washers and dryers. The apartments are well-stocked with crockery, silverware, glassware, and many household products. Linens and towels are plentiful.

Effective May 1, 2018, Timber Run’s check-in/front office will be re-located.It will be at the Beaver Village Condominium Clubhouse located at 50 Village Drive, Winter Park, Colorado 80482. This new office is located on the south end of Winter Park.From Denver, follow Interstate 70 west to exit #232. Highway 40 will head north over Berthoud Pass for approximately 28 miles. Continue past the entrance to the Mary Jane and Winter Park Ski Areas. Just before you get to the first stoplight (Vasquez Road) and into downtown Winter Park, turn left on Village Drive, you will see the Clubhouse located on the left. Turn in there and the check-in office is located on the main level of the clubhouse. Come in and we will provide directions to your accommodations.
