Guest will be contacted prior to arrival to schedule check in. Arrivals after 5pm will need to obtain a lock box and code. Lock box will have Room Keys, room number and Wi-Fi password. Guests must officially check-in the next morning. During the week, all guests need to inform the front desk of their planned check out time on Saturday. Please note that latest check out is 10:30am. Pets are not allowed. Fees are charged for docking at marina. Must call Marina for availability 305-664-4455. Guest arrivals after 5pm will find unmarked keys in our black mailbox on the side of the driveway out from front desk. Each envelop will have a guest name on it. Inside the envelop will be a note with your room number and Wi-Fi password. Guests must officially check-in the next morning.
