- Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
- Check-in is from 4:00-4:30 pm, and closed on Sundays. Touchless check in requires the form is submitted to the resort with phone number and email. Resort units are two-story townhomes with interior stairs to the upstairs bedrooms. The resort is not wheelchair accessible and not fully accessible for guests with disabilities or mobility issues.
- Four-wheel drive vehicles may be needed to access the property during winter months. The resort is located on a hill. The resort is NOT a 24-hour property. Power and internet access can be affected due to power surges and snowfall, which affects the Lake Tahoe region. Parking is free for two vehicles. A third vehicle may be parked based on availability. Additional fees may apply.
- Guests arriving after 4:30pm on Saturday MUST make advance arrangements with the resort or wait until Monday to check into the resort. Sauna/fitness room is by appointment. Pool is seasonal. Hot tub open all year. Internet gaming not recommended.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- There is no street parking during winter. City snowplows are used when we get measurable snow and can create a build-up of snow at our driveway entrance. The snowplows work at various times and how soon the entrance is cleared is not within the control of the resort. Please carry tire chains, water, and blankets when heading to Lake Tahoe. Check weather and road conditions before travelling.
