You will enjoy all the comforts of home in our spacious 1,200 square foot two bedroom condo which accommodates a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. All of our kitchens have been remodeled and we are in the process of replacing the flooring in all the units which will be completed by 2017. These attractive air-conditioned condos are clean, efficient and cheerful. They sleep six comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the guest bedroom and queen size sofa bed in the living room.

The nearest major airport is Southwest Florida International Airport, about 29 miles away from Tropical Sands Resort. From the airport, go north on Terminal Access Rd. towards I-75. Merge onto I-75 south toward Naples. Take exit 116 towards BONITA SPRINGS/ GULF BEACHES/ DOG TRACK/ LOVERS KEY STATE PARK. Make a right onto Bonita Beach Road (FL-865). Stay straight for 12.73 miles. Tropical Sands Resort (7785 Estero River Blvd) is on the right.

We are going to be closing at 12:30 p.m on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. The keys will be put in an envelope with their name on it. The code to the box is 7575#. If we change the code, we will let you know

Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.

Units D1, D2, D3, K1, K2, and K3 face a wall mural & DO NOT HAVE A VIEW.
The office closes at 5:00 pm on Sat. If you arrive after 5:00pm, there is a lock box by the office door and your key will be placed in it. You will open the box and look for and envelope with you name on it. In the envelope you will find your key and the directions to your unit. The code to get into the box is 7575#. If you are going to arrive after hours call 888-808-5273
The resort is non smoking, there is 1 designated outside area for smoking.
Due to Covid, all resort activities are cancelled, exercise and meeting rooms are closed until further notice. Check with resort on their Covid 19 policies and restrictions.
