Other Information
- During the onsite construction, guests may not have access to the elevator.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- The office closes at 5:00 pm on Saturday. For after-hours check-in, a lockbox is located on the south side of the building close to the elevator. Tropical Sands sends guests a welcome letter with after-hours instructions. Please print the instructions and bring them with you. The after-hours emergency phone number is (239) 212-1198.
- The resort is nonsmoking, except for a designated outdoor smoking area. Pets are not allowed. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA service animal policy.
- Units D1, D2, D3, K1, K2, and K3 face a wall mural & DO NOT HAVE A VIEW.
- We are going to be closing at 12:30 p.m on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. The keys will be put in the lockbox in an envelope with your name on it . The same instructions for late arrivals will apply.
