- Completion of Level P5 Carpark will include concrete curb repairs with jackhammer demolition.
- If you cannot check in before 5:00 pm on Friday, you must contact Eastcoast Vacations Member Services via email or telephone (Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) to arrange after-hours access to your apartment. Late access instructions will be emailed to you. Your advance check-in form must be completed before the late access instructions are issued.
- Nathan Kerr provides check-in service for guests at Manly National. When you arrive at the Manly National residents' lobby, simply call 0439 590 884 and Nathan will meet you and show you to your apartment. Check-in is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Fridays. Guests are required to provide a security deposit when checking in.
- One secure parking space is provided per unit on Level R4, and you MUST park on Level R4. Failure to park there will result in a fine issued by the Council. The parking station is owned by Manly Council. Additional vehicles can park on P2, P4, and P6, but as these levels are Council-operated, fees apply. The first 2 hours of parking are FREE in all Council's CBD car parks before 7:00 pm.
- The “keys” are sent by mail, so advice must be given at least 2 weeks before you leave for your stay. Emergency Access: Guests who don't notify the property in advance, and arrive at Manly National outside of office hours (refer below) can call Nathan Kerr at 0439 590 884. If Nathan has to return to the property to get you checked in, a non-refundable charge of $100.00 is payable to Colin at the time of service. This fee is not negotiable.
