- Daily maid service is not offered; however, guestrooms are cleaned for our guests before their arrival. Management does NOT live on site, so guests MUST call in advance to arrange for their late arrival if arriving after 6:00 on Friday. Please call Julie Porter at +0411 180271 during office hours to arrange after-hours access to your apartment.
- Emergency Access (fee required): If guests do not make advance arrangements for a late arrival at Golden Leaf Apartments, please call Julie Porter at +0411 180271 for assistance. If Julie has to return to the property after check-in hours (6:00 pm on Friday) to assist a guest in getting checked in, a mandatory non-refundable fee is required IF ADVANCE ARRANGEMENTS WERE NOT MADE.
- Golden Leaf Apartments have no ground-floor units. The ground level has parking for cars, laundry, and the office. The lowest floor available is one floor up and has 5 steps to access units.
- Management does not live on site, and the office may be unattended when management is assisting other guests. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, CLOSED on Wednesday, Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, and CLOSED on Sunday. The office phone number is + 0411 180 271. Call-outs when the office is closed, unless it is a true emergency, may incur an additional fee.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
