All Units have Telephone, Full Kitchen, Air Conditioning, a Fireplace per Unit, Carpet, Dishwasher and Microwave. Some Units have a Washer/Dryer. Units 9 through 16 are Bay Side. Only Unit's 9, 10 and 11 are ground level. Units 12, 13, 14 and 15 are on stilts with underneath parking for each unit. Units 1 through 8 are Gulf Side. Each of those units are on stilts and are elevated about 5 feet off the ground. Only Units 1 and 2 are right on the beach.

The nearest commercial airport to the resort is the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport, approximately 15 miles away. From the airport, take Route 41 south to Route 780 (Ringling Causeway) to St. Armand's Circle. Go right on State Road 789 to Longboat Key. The resort is nine miles north of St. Armand's Circle. Driving South - Exit 220 West from I-75. This is SR 64 or Manatee Ave. West. Continue west to SR 789 and turn south to Longboat Key. The resort is 8 miles south of SR 64. Driving North- Exit 210 West from I-75. Follow the signs to Longboat Key Beaches.
