Luxury one- and two-bedroom condominiums accommodate up to six adults and children with ocean views and all the comforts of home. All units offer fully equipped kitchens, two or three cable televisions, DVD/VCR's, private balcony or porch, central heat and air, private phones and coin operated laundry facilities on-site.

Jacksonville, FL - International - JAX (60 Miles)
The Daytona International Airport is 50 miles south and the Jacksonville Inter- national Airport is 60 miles north. The Orlando International Airport is approxi- mately 100 miles from the resort. From the airports, take I-95 to St. Augustine Exit 305/State Road 206 East. Follow 206 East to the end, turn left onto A1A North, & follow approx 3.5mi to Ocean Trace Road. The Oasis Restaurant is on the corner; turn right. The Beach Club is located on the left at the end of Ocean Trace Road.

Housekeeping Fees
Fee for 2 Bedroom units (weekly): Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 70.00 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, weekly. Cash or Credit is accepted. Cleaning fee for 2 bedroom units is $70.00.
Fee for 1 Bedroom units (per stay): Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 50.00 U.S. dollars for 1 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Cleaning fee $50 for one bedroom unit, for all Points reservations.

The facilities at The Tennis Club next door, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and workout facilities are no longer available to guests due to a fire. The resort has its own heated outdoor pool and hot tub.
Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
Office closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, unless Christmas day is on a Sunday. Office will close at 5pm if December 25th is a Sunday. You must contact us in advance to get the lock box code.
Please contact the resort to make arrangements for late check in if you are arriving after 5pm Monday-Saturday and 9pm on Sunday.
Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
