- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 50.00 U.S. dollars for 1 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Cleaning fee $50 for one bedroom unit, for all Points reservations.

- Office closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, unless Christmas day is on a Sunday. Office will close at 5pm if December 25th is a Sunday. You must contact us in advance to get the lock box code.
- Please contact the resort to make arrangements for late check in if you are arriving after 5pm Monday-Saturday and 9pm on Sunday.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- The facilities at The Tennis Club next door, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and workout facilities are no longer available to guests due to a fire. The resort has its own heated outdoor pool and hot tub.
