You can swim, sail, windsurf, raft or just lay on the beach. On-site there is an outdoor pool and a children's pool. In addition, there's free Wi-Fi in all accommodations and pool areas. This is a complete home-away-from-home where guests can feel spoiled with all the services and amenities. Most units require climbling stairs - both interior and exterior. Please note: Barrier Island is a deeded property - and availability for exchange is based upon owners depositing their weeks with RCI.

- Barrier Island does NOT allow reservations for less than 3 nights. Violations will result in cancellation.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Most units have exterior and interior stairs. There are multiple flights of stairs to access most units.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Resort is currently replacing furniture in the units as delivery and supply chain allows. Not all units and furniture can be done at once.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- Unit change is NOT allowed unless an emergency exists where the confirmed unit is down. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times while at the resort.
