The nearest major airport is Las Vegas International, 214 miles away. From the airport, go north on I-15 about 200 miles to Utah exit 75-Parowan. Follow exit 75 to Main St, turn left on Main St for .5 mile then turn right on Hwy #143 for approximately 12 miles to Brian Head. Go south on Hwy #143 to Ridgeview Drive. Copper Chase is .5 mile at 150 Ridgeview Drive. There is also a commuter airport with car rentals in Cedar City, 31 miles away.

Units are privately owned and this resort is NOT STAFFED. There is NO concierge, NO front desk, NO bell service, NO valet parking, NO room service, and NO daily housekeeping. There may be few local restaurants open between seasons. Vehicles driving to/from Brian Head are required to have 4-wheel drive or be equipped with tire chains between Nov.1 and May 1 under state law.
Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Children under the age of 5 years old are NOT permitted in the hot tub per Utah State Law. Children 3 years old and younger are not allowed in the pool without the state mandated three layers of "containment" protection which are: (1) Certified Swimming Diaper, (2) Plastic panty (3) Swim Suit.
Copper Chase consists of two multi-floor buildings with no elevator access. Elevation is at 10,000 feet (3,000 Meters). Anyone with heart or respiratory disorders, or those with history of altitude sickness may not wish to book this resort. No smoking on property.
Check-in is between the hours of 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Friday evenings in lobby area near the pool. Please call (435) 677-2890 to check in. During the winter months (when the ski resort is open), there is a FREE town shuttle that provides local transportation. Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking in the unit will result in a minimum $1,500.00 charge.
Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions.
