The North building has 2 oceanfront and 4 oceanside units. The South building has 2 oceanfront and 10 ocean-view units. The West building has 5 ocean-access units. Each second floor unit is accessed by a private staircase. Beach access is available adjacent to the south side of the resort. All units have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and sleep up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a full-size range, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a dining area, and so much more! Daily housekeeping is not available at this time.

From the North/Daytona Airport: Take I-95 South to New Smyrna Beach, Exit #249A. Continue on S.R. 44 approximately 5 miles. Follow the sign that reads "To Beaches". Cross over the South Causeway Bridge, you are now on A1A proceeding south to the crossroad of 23rd Avenue. Make a left turn onto 23rd Avenue and another quick left turn into the parking lot of the Ocean Sands at New Smyrna Waves by Exploria Resorts. The check-in office is located in Unit 111 (3208 Hill Street). From Orlando Airport: Take the Beeline Expressway/528 East (toll road) to I-95 North to New Smyrna Beach and follow the directions above to the resort.

Mandatory Security deposit is 250.00 U.S. dollars. Only Credit Cards accepted. Amex not accepted. 10/1/20 the $150 dollar Mandatory Security deposit will be $250 dollars.
