At the Holiday Beach Resort in Destin, you will find a wealth of activities. Each day of the week brings a new set of specials to our guests. - Holiday Beach Resort and Destin Holiday Beach resort will close at 1:00 PM CST on Thanksgiving Day.
- If a guest has a reservation that crosses over two fixed weeks, they must move rooms during their stay.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Please be advised that Holiday Beach Resort - Destin is a fixed week property (Saturday to Saturday); all units are assigned at the time of confirmation. Room moves are not possible at the resort level. Please note 1 bedroom units do not have an ocean view. Only some of the 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, and studios have ocean views. Again, the resort has no control over what unit is assigned and cannot move guests to a different unit.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- We will replace headboards, bed boxes, mattresses, and box springs in all units.
