Other Information
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- One-bedroom sleep 6 units are accessed by stairs with NO elevator access. All guests in your travel party must be able to climb stairs to confirm this unit type. The resort cannot relocate guests to lower-level units. Inbounds will be directed back to RCI to cancel if necessary. One-bedroom sleep 4 units are on the lower level with 1 bath. Kitchens do not have ovens or dishwashers, and no washers or dryers are in the units.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- The resort is unable to honor requests for water views. Parking near units can be challenging, but valet parking is available at no charge. Due to beach overcrowding, RCI inbounds cannot invite guests to use the beaches or resort pool.

- Unit numbers cannot be requested by guests, nor provided by RCI when making a reservation. The resort manages unit placement based on start dates and unit types reserved. Any specific unit number quoted by RCI will not be accurate or honored. THE RESORT CANNOT HONOR REQUESTS FOR WATER VIEW UNITS.
