- All guests are responsible for leaving 1BR & 2BR partial kitchens clean upon check-out. In case the partial kitchen is left unclean, the resort will charge a cleaning fee of $20 USD at check-out. An extra fee applies per night if the maximum occupancy of the unit is exceeded.
- In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
- Members are allowed a maximum of 2 units per year, but they must be multiple or consecutive. Only 1 unit per year is allowed for Christmas, New Year's and Easter holidays and during February, July and August. The rule also applies to Imperial Fiesta Club owners.
