  • One-bedroom units have a minimum occupancy of four adults.
  • Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Please check with resort for smoking policy.

  • Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.

  • All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.
  • Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
  • Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
  • Hotel and studio units are single-room accommodations with no private bedroom or separation. Ocean views or ocean fronts cannot be guaranteed. Room assignment is based on availability, and room upgrades may be purchased at check-in. The RCI Exchange and rental fee are separate from the all-inclusive fees paid to the resort.
  • If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
  • Members only have access to the facilities in Royal Solaris, the timeshare tower. Club Solaris Cancún will no longer grant access to the facilities of Club GR Solaris Caribe Adults Only – ID FD39. Additional resort services such as car rental, dry cleaning/laundry, and medical facilities require a fee.

All Inclusive Information1

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:

Mandatory All-Inclusive Program. A mandatory minimum stay of 3 nights is required!!! Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Studio units have a different rate for single occupancy (1 adult per unit). In 1-Bedroom 04/04 units, the all-inclusive fees must be paid for a minimum of 4 adults. 1-Bedroom 06/04 units generally consist of 2 adjoining studios, and the all-inclusive fees must be paid for a minimum of 4 adults. Children ages 5–12. Children ages 0–4 stay free (maximum 2 per room). Different rates may apply within the same confirmed week. These may increase or decrease during that same week and will therefore be charged on a daily basis according to your stay. To receive benefits and/or promotions, the All-Inclusive Program must be prepaid for a minimum stay of 6 nights. By official regulation, the resort cannot accept U.S. or Canadian dollars in cash or traveler’s checks. The resort will only accept debit or credit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS. A USD 70.00 penalty per person per reservation will apply if changes or cancellations take place between Jan 3, 2026 and Dec 19, 2026. A USD 100.00 penalty per person per reservation will apply if changes or cancellations take place between Dec 20, 2026 and Jan 3, 2027. The following will apply for cancellations within 5 days before the reservation start date, no-show, and early check-out: A 2-night penalty when traveling between Jan 3, 2026 and Dec 19, 2026. The entire pre-paid fee will be forfeited if traveling between Dec 20, 2026 and Jan 3, 2027.
