All Inclusive Information1
This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Mandatory all-inclusive fees are for a minimum of 2 adults as the base price. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and there is a 3-night minimum stay. One bedroom 4/4 units and one bedroom 6/4 units (consisting of 2 adjoining studios) require an all-inclusive fee payment for 4 adults. Children aged 5-12 pay the Child's all-inclusive amount, and Children 4 and under do not pay an all-inclusive fee. There is a maximum of 2 children allowed per unit. Different fees can apply during the same week, so charges are daily according to the dates reserved. To receive benefits or promotions, the all-inclusive must be prepaid for a minimum of 6 nights. Upgrades to the Premier Plan must also be prepaid and require a 6-night minimum stay. By official disposition, the resort cannot accept payments in U.S. or Canadian dollars in cash or traveler's checks. The resort only accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS. A USD 70.00 penalty per person per reservation will apply if changes or cancellations take place between Jan 3, 2024 - and Dec 17, 2024, and between Jan 3, 2025 and Dec 19, 2025. A $100 USD penalty per person per reservation will apply if changes or cancellations take place between Dec 18, 2024 and Jan 2, 2025 and between Dec 20, 2025 and Jan 2, 2026. The following will apply for cancellations within 5 days before the reservation start date, no-show, and early check out: A 2-night penalty when travelling between Jan 3, 2024 thru Dec 17, 2024 and Jan 3, 2025 thru Dec 19, 2025 and the entire pre-paid fee will be forfeited if travelling between Dec 18, 2024 thru Jan 2, 2025 and Dec 20, 2025 thru Jan 2, 2026.
