All condominiums at Wyndham Avenue Plaza Resort are air-conditioned and have TVs, phones, microwaves, and dishwashers. Units have 3/4 baths with no bathtubs. Units are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Studio units can sleep a maximum of two people and have one bath and either one king or two queen beds. 1BR unit sleeps a maximum of four people and has one bath, one queen bed, and a sleeper sofa. Notify the resort in advance if guests are arriving ahead of the person named on the reservation.
