- In conjunction with the New South Wales government regulations smoking is strictly not permitted anywhere on resort grounds or in apartments (including balconies). Designated areas are available.
- In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
- Loss of apartment keys will necessitate a locksmith being required to re-key your apartment door lock.
- Reception will be closed on Sunday's. If any urgent matters arise during this time guest will be required to call the after hours emergency number provided on the contact sheet in their apartment.
