Overview
Mountain Sun Quarters condominium is located in Waterville Valley, New Hampshire and is surrounded by the White Mountains National Forest. Guests have free use of the indoor athletic club, which includes indoor/outdoor pools, exercise equipment, sauna, steam bath, hot tub, and tennis for a fee. Many activities are within walking distance. The Town Square has iconic Corcoran’s Pond with seasonal free swimming & beach (kayak rentals available), and bikes & Nordic ski rentals are available in season. There are numerous hiking and walking trails nearby. The outdoor clay tennis courts are included in the resort fee. Indoor tennis and seasonal golf are available for an additional fee. - Check In is located at Valley Run Property Services, 35 Tecumseh Rd, Waterville Valley, NH 03215. Phone # is 603-960-9122. Office Hours are 8am to 5pm. Check in time is 5PM. If arriving after 5pm you must contact the resort in advance to obtain Lockbox Code and register/check in over the phone in order to access unit. Credit Card for Security Deposit will be collected over the phone or at at check in if arriving during business hours.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- Guests must contact resort mgr at 603-960-9122 no less than 48 hrs in advance to obtain current no contact arrival and check in instructions. Pre pay security deposit is collected at this time. Failure to do so may result in the inability to check in for the scheduled stay. No front desk service on site. Late check out is not available.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Keys are placed in a realtor's box on the door of the condo. Guests are given a code to the box when they call in their credit card number to prepay the security deposit. There is an emergency # posted inside each condo.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
