BY AIR: Nearest airport: Tenerife South 40kms. The easiest way from the airport is by taxi or hire car. BY ROAD: From Tenerife Airport, take the motorway, initially following signs for Adeje. Then follow signs for Playa San Juan/Los Gigantes, proceeding north-west for 21 kms. At the T-Junction of Los Gigantes and Tamaimo, turn left down the hill. Bear right where the road forks. Continue down one-way system to main junction, and resort is on the left, clearly marked. Please, note that there is also an airport in the north of the Island - Los Rodeos - Approx. 120 Km from Resort.

Phase 2 has no reception so all check-ins are in Phase 1. There is either a 65 step walk, a 100 metre uphill walk or a 5 minute drive (due to 1-way traffic system) from Phase 1 to Phase 2. Phase 2 is not suitable for elderly or disabled people.
