The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests. For information in relation to works which may be happening during your holiday, please contact the Resort directly.
Please note due to weather conditions, when driving to the resort from the South the satellite navigation will attempt to redirect you away from the A822, advising you to turn left and pass through Glen Quaich. Please avoid this route.
Members who do an exchange using their weeks/points will be metered for their electricity usage. The meter will be checked prior to check in and upon check out to calculate the usage. The only exception is if you book a unit beginning with RENT the fees are different and depend on the month booked. Fees start from £7 up to £16 depending on unit type. Please call the Call Centre for clarification on the unit you have booked for the correct fees.
Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
