The major airport closest to your destination is in Denver 95 miles away. Once you exit the airport, head towards Pena Blvd, and continue for about 11 miles until you merge onto I-70 W. Keep driving on I-70 W for approximately 80 miles until you reach Exit 203 for CO-9 S towards Frisco/Breckenridge. At the roundabout, take the 4th Exit and get onto CO-9 S. Follow CO-9 S for around 9 miles until you reach Breckenridge. Once in Breckenridge, continue on CO-9/Main Street and make a Right turn onto Boreas Pass Road (look for signs). After traveling approximately 0.8 miles, make a Left turn onto Illinois Gulch Road. Then, take a Right turn onto Atlantic Lode Road. You'll find Rockridge Townhomes Building I, where the townhome is located, on your left.
