Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
One-bedroom 'S' or 'Y' units are on the ground floor and accessible via steps. These units do not have balconies or views and are best suited for two people. Two-bedroom "M" units do not have a view and have a small ground-floor terrace equipped with a table and chairs.

Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
Upon departure, a utility fee based on water and electricity consumption will be charged.
Work will be done that could create noise for guests through the end of March 2025.
