Each unit is a self-contained Polynesian-style villa offering ceiling fans, cable television with DVD, and partial kitchen in the 2 bedroom and full kitchen in the 3 bedroom. Shared laundry facilities are available on-site. 2-bedroom units sleep up to six guests in a queen bed, 2 single beds, and 1 double sleep sofa. 3-bedroom units for up to 8 guests provide a queen bed, 2 singles, 2 bunk beds, a double sleep sofa, and 2 bathrooms.

The nearest international airport is in Sydney, 4 hrs drive away. Take the Pacific Hwy through to the Forster/Tuncurry turn off 2 km north of Bulahdelah. Turn right onto The Lakes Way and travel 40km to the Elizabeth Beach turnoff - on right, look for the resort on the crest of the hill on Lakeside Crescent. If travelling south take the Pacific Hwy through to the Forster/Tuncurry turn off (10km south of Taree). Turn left onto The Lakes Way and travel through Tuncurry over the bridge & through Forster following the signs towards Bulahdelah. Pacific Palms Resort is 20 kms south of Forster. Turn left at Elizabeth Beach turn off, look for the resort on the crest of the hill.

There is no public transport available. A vechile is a must when holidaying in area. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 3 pm, Thursday 9 am - 5 pm, Friday and Saturday 8 am - 6 pm, Sunday and public holidays the office is closed.
