Villas Jazmin is a small family oriented resort located eight kms from the resort community of Puerto Plata in Costambar, a small, quiet neighborhood. Costambar is a mixture of local residents, foreigners and tourists outside of the touristic zone. Unit Info
We are proud to announce that we are now 100% solar energy self-sufficient. The gas hot water tank, heats on demand, with an automatic system that closes the hot water circuit after 2 minutes. To have hot water again, turn off the hot water tap and open it again. Re-using your towels for an extra day will save 458 gallons of water on a daily basis, not counting the saving of wasted chemical products in our environment.
Airport Location
Puerto Plata - POP (20 Miles)
The Puerto Plata airport is 25 miles away. From the airport, turn right on the main highway and go two miles past Puerto Plata to the Costambar entrance. Turn right into Costambar. After passing Costambar security gate, turn left at the second street and continue to the resort. The resort is located in a remote area.

Optional Meal Plan includes 7 Breakfast and 7 Dinners. No lunches and no drinks are included. Minimum Occupancy of 1 Adult per 1 bedroom unit required and minimum Occupancy of 2 Adults per 2 bedroom unit required. Children 3-11 years old pay 50%. Payment of the meal plan program at the property is subject to local taxes. Wireless internet service with additional cost.
5% discount on pre-paid fees, contact the property for the meal program at least 15 days in advance at: 809-970-7012. email to direction@villasjazmin.com. If not pre-paid the regular cost will apply upon registration. The resort imposes a maximum of 3 consecutive weeks per stay, RCI members can confirm only once every 5 years. Violations will be canceled
Meal plan fee is subject to change without previous notice. Once RCI Members have booked their vacation week through RCI, they must submit an email to: direction@villasjazmin.com or reception@villasjazmin.com in order to receive important information regarding their vacation. Offer includes only accommodations and specifically excludes travel costs and other expenses that may be incurred.
RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
