Costambar is a mixture of local residents, foreigners and tourists outside of the touristic zone. Resort Fees

Other Information
- 5% discount on pre-paid fees, contact the property for the meal program at least 15 days in advance at: 809-970-7012. email to direction@villasjazmin.com. If not pre-paid the regular cost will apply upon registration. The resort imposes a maximum of 3 consecutive weeks per stay, RCI members can confirm only once every 5 years. Violations will be canceled

- Fees charged for some utilities.
- In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
- Meal plan fee is subject to change without previous notice. Once RCI Members have booked their vacation week through RCI, they must submit an email to: direction@villasjazmin.com or reception@villasjazmin.com in order to receive important information regarding their vacation. Offer includes only accommodations and specifically excludes travel costs and other expenses that may be incurred.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Optional Meal Plan includes 7 Breakfast and 7 Dinners. No lunches and no drinks are included. Minimum Occupancy of 1 Adult per 1 bedroom unit required and minimum Occupancy of 2 Adults per 2 bedroom unit required. Children 3-11 years old pay 50%. Payment of the meal plan program at the property is subject to local taxes. Wireless internet service with additional cost.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
