Resort Fees
- Mandatory state lodging tax fee is 1000.00 MXN for all units, per unit, per week. Cash or Credit is accepted. This tax is for hotel rooms, studios, and one-bedroom units.
- Parking fee is 70 MXN for all units, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted. Parking fee per car, per night.
- Mandatory state lodging tax fee is 1300.00 MXN for 2 bedroom units, per week. Cash or Credit is accepted.
- Mandatory state lodging tax fee is 1400.00 MXN for 3 bedroom units, per week. Cash or Credit is accepted.

Last minute reservations confirmed between 48 & 24 hrs before check-in must be communicated to the resort by calling: 1877-322-1881 from the USA, 1877-804-9121 from Canada and 1800-667-5801 from Mexico.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

All Inclusive Information1
Optional All-Inclusive means you are not required to participate in all-inclusive or pay the associated fees. You will have the option to pay for all-inclusive once you arrive at the resort.
The 7-night optional all-inclusive program is per person per night. A minimum occupancy of 2 adults is required. Children aged 6-11 pay 50% of the adult fee per night. Teens aged 12-17 receive a 30% discount on the adult fee per night. Children under 6 years old are free. The program includes all meals, beverages, and non-motorized water sports. Different fees apply during the same week confirmed, and will be charged daily according to each stay.
