Resort Fees
- Pets fee is 150 U.S. dollars for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. A maximum of two pets, each under 50 pounds, and fee is per pet, per week. Dogs and cats ONLY.
- Mandatory environment tax fee is 79.20 local currency . Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory Environmental Tax is per unit, per night.

- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.
- Legendary or Palace Premier owners with active or inactive memberships and RCI memberships beginning with (C086, 3159, C793, and F102) cannot travel to any all-inclusive Hard Rock properties, and all violations will be canceled. They can travel to Hard Rock in Tenerife only (DE27, DG31, and DG32).
- Pet-friendly resort for dogs and cats ONLY. A maximum of two pets is allowed per room, and the weight limit is 18 kilos/50 pounds per pet. Guests bringing a pet (or pets) MUST sign an agreement upon check-in.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:

Please note that guests MUST PREPAY the all-inclusive fees for their stay at the Hard Rock Hotels according to the seasonality of their travel dates. For HIGH SEASON reservations from December 17 to January 4, the all-inclusive fees must be paid at least 45 DAYS BEFORE the scheduled check-in date. If the fees are not prepaid, it will NOT be eligible for the discount pricing and may be subject to cancellation. For LOW SEASON reservations from January 5 to December 16, the all-inclusive fees must be prepaid at least 15 DAYS BEFORE the scheduled check-in date. Complimentary round-trip airport transfers must be requested by email at transfercancun@rcdhotels.com a minimum of ten days before the scheduled check-in date and must include all guests’ names, flight numbers, and arrival and departure dates and times. If your reservation is made less than ten days in advance or if your stay is reserved for less than three nights, complimentary transportation is not provided. Cancellation Policies: Low season cancellations: If a reservation is canceled at least 30 days before check-in, a one-night penalty will apply. The Low Season in 2025 is from January 6 through December 20, except for April 13 through April 19. High Season cancellations: If a reservation is canceled at least 45 days before check-in, a refund is offered. Otherwise, the fees are not refundable. The high season in 2025 is from December 21st through January 5th, 2026, and from April 13th through April 19th.
