Overview
Perennial Vacation at Tahoe Village's condominiums are ideally located on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevadas. The chairlifts of the largest ski area in the U.S., Heavenly, are less than a mile away, and the resort is only five miles to Lake Tahoe and all its recreational attractions. On-site amenities at this property include a picnic and barbecue area for guests. Hiking trails and mountain biking are close by, while casinos, dining and entertainment are available night and day in the Lake Tahoe area. This resort is 60 miles from Reno/Tahoe International Airport. Each unit has a minumum of 21 stairs to access the unit (up to 81 stairs).

- Accommodations are guaranteed for 48 hours after the designated check-in day, however, notice of late arrival will extend that time. If we do not hear from you within that 48 hour period after the designated checkin day, your reservation will be canceled. If you are sending a guest, providing us with their name will prevent any delay upon their registration.

- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- There are as many as 21 exterior stairs to access 1 bedroom units and 43 - 81 stairs to access 2 bedroom units. The resort is not able to change your units.
- There is a small fee to gain beach access.
