- Bookings must be for 7, 14 or 21 nights, incorrect bookings will be cancelled.
- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- Loft ladders are very steep and not suitable for the very young or elderly. Two bedroom units for four people have bunk beds in the second bedroom.

- Some of the 3 08/06 units are located at area 18 and those units have 1 bedroom downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs and two people sleep in the upstairs landing area. Stairs are very steep and not suitable for those with walking difficulties.
- Spa will be closed from May 2, 2025 to May 9, 2025.
- There is a charge for all sports facilities pools, saunas and the spa.
