From Johannesburg International Airport,on the R21 Witbank highway,it is the first turnoff at the exit of the airport Continue on this highway towards Witbank N12.This highway joins onto the N4 towards Witbank/Middleberg.Continue on this route past Middleberg and take the Belfast Turnoff (R33). Continue through Belfast and take (R540) Dullstroom Lydenberg Road. Travel for 30 km turn left at the second Uitvlugt sign (before Dullstroom). Millstream is on the right handside after approximately 400 metres.
