Aldea Bonsai is located in the thriving Ibizan town of Santa Eulalia, and built in the style of a traditional Spanish village, surrounding a large pool. Two-storey terraced houses are divided into apartments with studios sleeping two people, one-bedroom sleeping four and two-bedroom apartments sleeping six guests. It is set in mature gardens with winding pathways that connect the various levels of the resort and the beach is just 100 metres away, a charming setting that completes the peaceful ambience.

- The resort operates an ongoing improvement program, so refurbishments may happen throughout the year. While the resort endeavors to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to guests.
- The resort will carry out works consisting of the installation of new pipes for water distribution. Pipes will be installed in the corridors that run through the resort and connected to each apartment. Each phase is scheduled to begin in November of each year, to be completed by April 30. Inbounds will always be accommodated away from the areas where the works are taking place.
