A weekly schedule of on-site activities is centered around the resort's spectacular heated outdoor pool and gorgeous clubhouse. - Mandatory security deposit fee is 200.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. Security deposit required by credit card only.
Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 15.00 U.S. dollars for Hotel units, weekly. Cash or Credit is accepted. For reservations less than 7 nights.
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a 30.00 to 40.00 U.S. dollars for 1 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. For reservations less than 7 nights.

- Please be advised that you, or anyone in your party, can only stay a combined total of 3 weeks (or utilize 3 units) per 12 month period within the following group of resorts: Silver Lake Resort (#2610), Silver Lake Resort-Silver Points (#6815). This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- Guests may stay a maximum of 3 weeks or utilize up to 3 units per 12-month period within the following group of resorts per RCI account: Silver Lake Resort #2610, Silver Lake Resort-Silver Points #6815. THIS IS A RENTAL RESTRICTION ONLY and is strictly enforced. Violations will be canceled without exception. Resort cannot adjust travel dates.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Main Lobby Check-in area being remodeled.
- Please contact the property immediately at 407-397-2828 for late arrivals. A package handling fee applies. Please see Hospitality Specialist for pricing.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Some two-bedroom units are lock-off style and consist of two adjoining units. Some one-bedroom units may have more square footage, and there is an upgrade fee if guests request to move units. The resort can provide details on unit configurations.
- There are elevators only in certain buildings. If you have any questions about this, please contact the resort. For reservations, please call 844-777-2582. Our annual pest control inspection will occur between August 1st and October 31st. Inspectors will need to access the units. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
