- All amenities will be closed from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027.
- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- Guests can no longer purchase individual resort amenity packages at South Seas Island Resort.
- Hilton Grand Vacations will now handle all check-ins at their office on Sanibel Island. The office is at Tarpon Bay Center, 2460 Palm Ridge Road, Sanibel, FL 33957. The new office contact number is 239-747-1695. If you plan on arriving after hours, please contact the office.
- If ADA accessible accommodations are required, please contact the resort directly to inquire about the availability of your preferred accommodations. If suitable accommodations are available, the resort can confirm your stay and pre-assign a unit for you. (Please wait at least 2 days after confirming before contacting the resort to allow time for systems to be updated with the reservation details)
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- The resort will NOT allow Pets or Emotional Support Animals - only service animals are allowed due to ADA requirement and there will be a form that needs to be filled out. - Please inquire at the resort level for questions or inquiries.
